Bathrooms are rooms we don't think about all that often but are used a lot. A bathroom can be a place for a long hot bath after that stressful day at work, a place for your kids to play, or a place that energizes you.

for clients:
You will receive 1 hour of complimentary consultation before you decide whether you would like to move forward on your project with me. It is only fair that we get to know one another a little before we decide to work together. During this hour we can talk about whatever you would like: whether it is your design, the products you would like to use, questions you feel you can't ask anyone else, or just how your backsplash works with your countertops, I am more than happy to help.
Once the hour is complete I'll let you know that we are running into billable time and you can make the decision if you would like to continue our conversation, if you would prefer to pick it up another day, or if you are happy to end our relationship there. You are under no obligation to work with me to receive your complimentary 1 hour consultation. I am happy to meet with you and discuss your needs. Please feel free to call me at any time to ask any questions you may have.
If you decide to continue our conversation and/or the project, all work will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour. Billable time includes meetings, drawing/sketching time, phone and email conversations, meetings with vendors and suppliers, material selection time, research, etc.
for the trade:
I offer drawing, design, and creative consulting services for trade professionals. Often you may need a few new ideas for a space or are snowed under with drafting work and just need a few drawings taken care of; I am happy to provide assistance. For my business I work in AutoCAD LT 2010 and SketchUp but am also well versed in 20-20. I am extremely detail oriented and very rarely have had errors on orders or projects. I have designed projects that are high-gloss modern, 1920s chic, extremely traditional, and lots of projects that bridge the gaps between and are more transitional. Please call to discuss your needs and what services I offer that will fill those needs. I am happy to provide references from other trade professionals that have worked with me in the past and are thrilled with my work. Please call me to request estimates for your specific project.

My name is Caroline and I am your designer. I grew up in Chapel Hill, graduated from Appalachian, and have worked in many different-sized markets around the country. My goal is to create the space that perfectly fits you, your family, and your needs for the future.
I have a degree in Interior Design and my experience since then has been mostly in kitchens, baths, and cabinetry. I worked in Chicago at the Merchandise Mart in one of the Luxehome Showrooms for 4 and a half years before returning home to North Carolina. I left Chicago in order to create beautiful spaces for clients in my home state. Upon my return I designed kitchens for clients in Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and the Sandhills area for 2 years before coming back to my roots here in the Triangle. I created emma delon to share the knowledge, expertise, and training I have gained with you, my wonderful clients.
Design and spending time with my family and friends are my passions. To that end I have recently created the Triangle Design and Remodeling Community group. My hope for the group is to bring people together in our community who love design as much as I do, whether they are professionals, home owners or DIY aficionados and to share our vision of what our world should be.
With over 7 years as a professional in the industry, I know not only about design, but also a lot about the products that are available. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with my clients to help them make informed decisions about the products and services available to them. Only after this process is complete do we select the products that are right for you. Whether you need an hour of my time or 100 I am here to help you navigate through the often confusing maze of your upcoming project.
